What'* pathetic is they won't admit what they did, even though they were caught on camera! And to top it off, the district manager tried to hide his identity. This happened to my mom at one time, she went for a tranny fluid change, they didn't change it, nor even touch it at all! She got her money back and the local manager was fired.
