I think I had the displeasure of reading some of those posts before they were moved and all I can say is it seemed he was more interested in arguing and stirring up trouble than actually resolving anything. I stopped reading his threads since I felt any response was wasted effort at that point but I'm pretty sure I saw at least 3 warning before hand. So I do not blame the Admins for the ban, its just a shame that someone has to push it that far... it reminds me of my kids...

Oh well so be it, if you guys have your reasons and you see this was the best way, its your site. I will go back to my quite sideline and just listen. I just hate it when it seems like everyone is jumping on now that he is banned. I have said my peace and I only felt this may be a good time to remind everyone here that this is the Holiday Season and many of us are not in this Country to be with our familys. Just may be a good time to forgiving. I myself will be leaving to go across the pond in 26 days. Good day !

There are times, because of his accusations in this topic, that the other side of the case needs to be stated clearly so that people here know that he was dealt with in a fair manner.
Off-topic, keep your head down over there Jarhead. We just lost a member in Iraq on Saturday. Chad Vollmer was killed by a roadside bomb. He was a revered friend and member here.

To Boxer and those who feel the same way as him - I totally respect you bringing up your opinion and giving us the opportunity to explain situations that are seen, but not understood. There are many discussions behind the scenes...members only see 1/4 of the results when someone is banned. The other 3/4'* are discussions regarding problem members who are indeed given second chances.
Running this forum is a lot like parenting ... you give guidance, you set the rules, you enforce them when necessary. Kids will hate their parents and not understand at the time why things are done a certain way, and so it is the same here.
Many members, new and old, will state that the BC forum is unlike any others...from the advice given on the forum.... to the hands-on help when members drive hundreds of miles to work on each other'* cars....to raising money for members in need...to crying for the loss of member who died in Iraq even though you never met him... you will find it all here on BC.
So why? Why is this site different? It'* a combination of things, for sure, but one key variable is the way the admins run the club... just as a loving parent who reluctantly doles out discipline to the rebeling child...this, I suspect, is the reason why BC is different.

Wow, this really is good to let out some reasoning behind why some people do get banned.
Plus, complaining about PMs or ANY revoked service in this club is very hard to justify. PMs, the help all of us recieve, the fun we have communicating is in no way an automatic right, it is a privilege and our moderators and administrators have been employed voluntarily and work hard to keep order and to sometimes revoke said privileges when rules are violated. I have just recently realized what an amazing place this really is and how much I have taken it for granted. I want to personally thank all the mods, gearheads and all three admins for making this club such a great thing to be apart of.
