Just thought I'd revive this thread to see who'* still working out, or who has started up. Here'* a progress picture after 6 months for me.

I'm blaming the beer. I still cant see my toes. LOL. And I decline to offer any positive renforcing comments for fear of being thought of as "one that plays for the same team". LOL. J/K!! I do see a difference between the last 2 pics. Lookin good!!!

Congrats Dan if that was only 6 months between those photos! You must have really been working the weights for yours daily.
