Just wondering who works out regularly? I workout just about every day for a hour or more. Heavy weights. Decided to kick it in to high gear about 3 months ago. In that time I've added nearly 3 inches to my chest and a inch to my arms.

I think I started this thread once before. When I was in Iraq. You rank higher than me so I'll let you have your own.
To answer, not as much as I used to. Really, not at all. Since I got out of the AF I don't do anything anymore. I'm just enjoying relaxing again. I'm sure I'll start doing something again so I can do whatever job I get easier though. We have a treadmill in the house, so I can at least run whenever.

I usually do about an hour of body weight workouts and endurance training every other day...not right now though. Kinda hit a dry spell where I have no motivation. Plus I'm about to go into a 1 meal a day diet, because that'* all my tuition pays for at my new school. I'll probably actually eat 2 and a few snacks through out to keep me going though. I'll be starting my workout routine again too.

You can't get a body like mine by working out. It takes years of neglect. My wife says I have a body like a god ... Buddha. I keep telling her round is a shape.
my workout regimine consists of lifting engines and transmissions along with just about any other car part.Sometimes if im just standing around ill grab a big block head and curl it just for fun.But as much wood splitting and stacking and car part handling as i do i stay in alright shape.and i dont really eat much either.i made my cousin crap his pants when i picked up a full dress 4 banger and threw it 15 ft out of the back of my truck.same with a 14 bolt rear end
back in the day , I was at it every day. I did the EAS body for life 12 week challenge, years ago.
I was 165lbs with a 29" waist. 12 weeks later I was 198lbs with a 30" waist 8% body fat. if I can find the polaroids I'll post um up.
now im 210lbs and one big ab with a 35" waist.... LOL
