I allow ppl to smoke in my car if the roll the window down...I mean DOWN, not cracked 
I once punished one of my smoking friends by having his window down, and locked, it was about 20 degrees outside, and i was driving about 85...do the math....it was the fastest ive ever seen anyone smoke a cigarette.

Poor Nate, we are going to MWBF, it'* like 10 hours nonstop. Couple times it looks like he'* going to open the door to get out, with a heater in his hand.

Pervious owner was very allergic to any type of scents, so it was obviously not smoked in.
I don't smoke.
I don't really mind if a passanger smokes, just as long as it'* a nice enough day to roll their window ALL THE WAY down.

I've smoked before, and I smoke in some social situations. But I never smoke in my car, or let anyone smoke in my car, or let anyone smoke and get in my car when they smell like smoke.
