The power steering is not electrical -it is belt driven. No sensors for the Power steering.

Thank you all for all your help, I'm going to let this problem slide since I'll probably be leaving Mankato after this school year and the Bonneville will be most likely sold. As such I resign from Bonneville Forums effective immediately. You are all a great group of people, this is a wonderful community, and I wish under better circumstances I could have stayed longer.
