Tonight we had my parents over for stew, my GF makes an AWESOME stew. Served with fresh bread, pickles, olives and cheese, it was yummy, ate too much yet again though.

Left over stew, it was just as good as last night. We're thinking spaghetti for tomorrow night.

I brined a whole chicken for a day, then baked it in the oven. Sounds weird, but one tap and the meat just fell off the bones. Took that, made too much gravy, and poured it all over some lightly-curried rice. Dinner for tonight, and lunch for the rest of the week.

Too bad I'm not this good at fixing cars.

Tonight will be Lake Michigan salmon, asparagus, and a baked potato. Washed down with a cold beer.
