jwfirebird has a reputation beyond repute

you have to do it like you insert a pic in a normal post, you upload it to a host like photobucket. then you copy the address of the picture from the host. then you click the "insert image icon in the sig box where you type your sig and put in the address from the hosted pic click ok and you should be good
