i mean come on its getting as bad as reality tv (see other post). when booze is saying its low in carbs you know its played out. i'm sick of it. i mean if you actually go by that diet and get the results you wanted thats awesome! but if you just do it half way and drink low carb beer then eat a slice of bread then come on. though i did see a cool t-shirt on tv and it said "the only carb that matters is under my hood" i gotta find that shirt.

Like the commercial says, I am on the Dale Jr. Diet: I eat what tastes good. But I am at the age where I can get away with that. This whole thing is getting pretty annoying, though. Everything is catering to it. It'* crazy.

Diet fad. It'* sort of like the whole water thing, drink 8 glasses a day.... err, wait that might be bad for you as you **** all the nutrients in your brain away.
15 years ago I could have told you that if you eat a lot of carbs in a day without any type of exercise to burn it off, you'll gain weight.
The key to a healthy diet is moderation. Not too much, but not too little.
