i was searching the internet for the t-shirt from that KFC commercial that said "The only carb that matters is the carb under my hood" and i haven't found anything. so i am sending a letter KFC and i'm gonna see if i can get one through them. we'll see how it goes

It'* just like in the 90s with the no/low-fat diets. It'* a fad.

This past week I found the whole low-carb thing to be over the top when I came across a commercial on TV that was advertising for low-carb DOG FOOD. Come on....give me a break Pedigree. People need to get a grip. It'* over the top and nauseating.

Hey, I was one of those people! Lol.. not on purpose though.. I just drink tons of water at work, so much in fact, that my body was getting dangerously low on electrolytes.. Now I drink half water, half gatorade. Seems to help some.

It may be a nasty rumor, but I heard his death was connected with his own diet.

It was. He stopped eating right after he died.

Diet is just "Die" with a T.

I'm on a Seafood diet. Everything I see, I eat. And it hasn't killed me yet. I'm 37, and I'm fit and trim.

I was at Arby'* today, and even THEY have a 'low carb' menu.. It'* a "sandwich" without a bun. They just give you the meat. THAT IS NOT A FREAKIN SANDWHICH PEOPLE!!

They could at least get creative, throw in some extra lettuce, and call it a salad or something.

I think the key is a combination of running, weightlifting, abs work, and a 1500 calorie per day diet. Works wonders.
