Oh, well, if we're posting the first car we drove, too it would be:

My dad'* 1971 Ford Torino with the 351 Cleveland, which my dad, who was a machinist for decades, bored out .040 over, and decked the heads and block to a friggin' T. He said he managed to deck it to less than a .001 drop from one end to the other. He is a perfectionist.

Holy freeholies, that thing would get up and go!!

It was this year and body style, only canary yellow:

mmmm. I'm only 17 now and i've been through alot of cars...really quickly. I was buying, driving and selling cars before i had a license

1988 Ford Mustang LX HatchBack 2.4L 4banger Standard Fate: It was a lemon, I sold it.
1985 Nissan Pickup Std bed, reg cab, automatic...also a 2.4L 4 banger Fate: Accident
1990 Pontiac Sunbird 2.0 4 banger Fate: The biggest lemon on earth. blew heads, tons of electrical problems, overheated CONSTANTLY
1998 Dodge Neon 2.0 4 banger Fate: blew heads and radiator within the first 6 hours of owning it.
1990 Buick Electra Park Avenue Limited 3800 LN3 V6 Fate: Stolen
1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera International Series Sedan, 3300 V6, every option you can imagine. Fate: Sold, couldn't afford to ship it to Wisconsin.
1989 Pontiac Bonneville LE 3800 LN3, current car.

I bought the mustang partially from my mom...she owned it from 1991, I owned all of those cars in a 3 year period.

I would say my first OFFICAL car is the bonneville, because I am finally legally driving, and so yeah. My offical first is my current.

well "I got my first truck when I was 3, drove 100 thousand miles on my kneess" (Joe Diffy)

1973 f150 Bright Orange, I got it from my grandfather but it broke before I took delivery.

So I bought a 1977 Plymouth Fury... the big one.. with factory add on air. Kinda yellow and my uncle put a rubber chicken on the antenna during my high school graduation and from then on it was known as the Rubber Chicken. Max "safe" speed was about 90, I would go over a bump and loose a hubcap or two. Miss that car cause the bench seat was great for necking. Which I only did with one girl who is now my wife.

First drivers were Dads 66 Chevy Short wide PU with a transplanted 400. Or Mom'* 78 Lesabre with a Buick 350.

First car that was mine, 78 Olds Omega with a 3.8. Price 100 bucks. Beat on that car for 3 years with minimal repairs
