But I do remember using a program called "tweak ??" not sure exactly the name, but it was tweak something.
That did it for me.

Mine is just this screenshot from nascarheat that I took a few days ago when my friend told me the game wouldn't let you rev the car over 9,000 rpms. So I just downshifted to first from 200mph and showed him that was false. And since I immediately hit the clutch after I downshifted, the engine still ran after that!
