That just kinda reinforces what i believe about what this guys does.

The people he arrests usually haven't done anything wrong... YET. Now I understand the intention is there but how do you know? Since when do we arrest people for things they haven't done yet?

That is straight up entrapment. He wouldn't have done it at all unless the bait asked him too. Online predators are gonna look til they find someone. This guy didn't go looking for a topless chick to whip his junk out for.
