2006 300C SRT-8
What'* the difference between the 300C SRT-8 and the Charger SRT-8?
I thought that both cars were about the same size, volume wise, but the Charger was lighter....and both are 4 doors.
......and then there is always a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer SS with 6.0 L 395 hp.

I would second the STS-V option. Sweet, classy, and some serious *&$% and Git. Besides, I've always had a love for the caddies.
The Charger would be a very close 2nd.
I have been looking at both as well. Unofrtunately, I am a little anal when it comes to buying a new car. I have been looking at new cars for a purchase for about 5 yrs. Just can't quite bring myself to make a purchase that looses so much value so quickly. Depreciation is tough, even if you don;t believe in it, almost every one else does. This is the major reason that I have always bought a "slightly" used vehicle. But I think my time is coming soon.

Just read the Motortrend test of the Charger SRT-8 vs the GTO.
The Charger was a 5 speed automatic and the GTO was a 6 speed manual, so the GTO was slightly quicker, 4.7 vs 5.0 sec to 60. They are both mid 13 sec cars.
...but that darn Charger is Porky. Like 4300 lbs of Pork.
And we think our Bonne'* are over weight The GTO weighs the same (3800) as our Bonne'*
