i did an oil change on a ford ranger today, first it had shitty lif tpoints, took like 15 mintues of adjustments to lift it right, then there was harldyany room so i couldnt get a grip on the filter and the starter was right underneath so as soon as i tried to get a filter wrench up their it arced off the started so i had to lower the car and get it from above and there was barely room there too, scraped my knuckles pretty ba don the exhaust manifold just changing the oil filter
hrmmmmm...... well, i am a noob, but ill give it a shot...
Spark plugs on the tarus: had to remove the radiator fan to get to the front bank, had to climb on the engine to get the back
water pump on the tempo: way back by the firewall. prolly woulda been easier to pull the engine, and replace it, then trying to do it again with the engine still in. good thing i wont have to worry about it again for a while

heres my shot at it:
Thermostat on a 1994 Buick Century with the 3100 v6, worst place ever for a thermostat, ended up having to remove the entire throttle body, and breaking a bolt off in the block and never being able to get it out so i tightened it up with just one bolt, never leaked *knocks on wood*

Got it topped, drivers' side valve cover on a '99 OBS Yukon. Have to remove the A/C Compressor and flip it back, Remove the EGR pipe, all the plug wires on that side, disconnect a sensor, then finally remove the accessory mount with the power steering pump still attached and slide it forward, then you can remove the four bolts and slide the cover off. Remember when chevy was easy to work on?
