Default What is a fair asking price for my car?

Blue book says $3850. I rebuilt the engine and tranny at 117k, it currently has (128+/-). Should the engine and transmission have any effect on the price of the vehicle?

But seriously, it really depends on the market in your area. Look at what similar cars are going for in your area and price accordingly. Just remember, it'* hard to up the price for stuff like stereos or whatnot
