I'm with Erie insurance, and have essentially the same coverage that you tried there. Mine is $67/month, but only pay 9 months out of the year. Same situation too, under 25, clean record.

Give 'em a shot

HOW THE HELL is that Bodily injury liability so low!? :(

I pay around $800 every 6 months. > $500 OF THAT IS BODILY INJURY. I was just looking at my plan last week and couldn't figure it out. I have comprehensive, $500 deductible, no collision, and I'm getting raped on liability. May I add, I have the lowest possible too 20,000/40,000.

I'm with esurance, and it'* the lowest insurance I have gotten from anywhere. Maybe I should keep looking...

Every state is different man

NY sucks for most stuff, but there car insurance is allot cheaper then some other states

When i got my first "own" car at 19 and first insurance i was only paying $650 for 6 months.

3 years later im now can get it as cheap as $260ish lol

Hell, when I got my first car in NY in 2001 (the 94 SSE), I was paying $239 a month. And that was a crystal clean record too. I then went on my parent'* insurance for a while to save money.

My insurance just started to go down (about $30/month) this year before I turned 25. I have a "verified clean record" too. I have had no moving violations in 7 years. The only thing that I can see causing my high insurance are past accidents, even though they were just me involved and no damage to other cars or injury to myself. $548 for bodily injury seems insane even for having a couple minor accidents IMO.

I think I should try other companies mentioned here.

I'm around $400 every 6 months, with good liability, and glass coverage.

My brother was 18, driving our 88 nova. It was more to insure him on that car alone, then our 01 camry w/ full coverage....
