Gumby, we talked already, before he posted this, I believe. He'* coming. He'* not off work until 11:00 local, is all, so I'm staying up late for the opportunity.
If my boss calls me early tomorrow, like he likes to, I'll rip his head off and pull it throught the phone so I can flense it. (Look it up)

Not so much as you might think. You really don't get much chance to stop anywhere when you can take anytime away from loading or sleeping. I'm a little tight on hours, so I need to stop short and take a long break to get some some hours back, otherwise I would have headed on through. Of course, the fact that Randall is way the hell away from anyone else kind of motivates me to meet up, and induct him into my little network, and the meet-family.

Members I have met on the road:
Haro, Smellbird, Lakeville, Driverjohn, Hans, and after tonight, rjolly.
I think I missed one of the Kato crowd, but I can't think who at the moment.

As for actual meets, I can't even think how many, but here'* an abortive list:
BillBoost, Gumball, RandMan, PeterG, BrianJ, SingsCountry, Bandit, repinS, MayMyBonnieLiveForever, Lakeville, Smellbird, Rogue, Handdrumman, CorvetteCrazy, Fuelforthesoul, Xac Xado, petraman, pinky, RawFusion, JimW, Drifter and Tamara, Scott Cook, Archon, SonomaZR2, ????????????
I know I'm missing a bunch of people, at least half, so if I forgot you, feel free to beat me up for it...

OK, I think the Earth just developed a serious obital anomaly from all the English teachers turning over in their graves....

The answer is that I had chosen my route, knew that somewhere in the next few days, I was going to have to stop and get some hours back, realized that I was going to go right past you, and decided to stop here, instead of somewhere down the road.
