Thinking about taking the car out for some datalogging. The VE tune on the car is coming very close to finished up to 80% throttle anyway. I think I might turn up the boost.

Then my wife comes home and complains the rear window washer fluid is empty. Your truck don't have a rear washer bottle. Yep, it don't spray, but I can hear the pump. I play around thinking the line might be frozen I let it run for a while. finally give up. I walk around the back of the truck and I see washer fluid pouring out the back. Now I have something to look for. Open the door the jack is behind, it'* all wet. I find the line, follow it up. Remove the rear panel, follow it up around the top and look what I find.

Well, that would explain it.

All working now.

Today, cleared snow. Then had a 98 GP come over, owner was complaining about a bad misfire. Yep, SES light was flashing. So I pull up the torque app. No codes found. Odd. Go get the computer. I was getting a P0300 code, it would show up and then go away right away, never getting stored. Very odd. So I scan it. Hmm, his O2 readings were very low. Averaging about 250mv at idle, but I could smell it was running pig rich. Found his #6 plug wire was touching the sensor, moved that, no change. Well, turns out that sensor has over 200k on it. Ya, you need a new sensor. Then I wanted to find out why the codes were not being stored. He said the PCM says ZZP on the side. Ahh. I download the tune and look it over. All the P030x codes are set to not report, but still trip a light. Nice. You get a light but never store a code. I look at more DTCs, a lot of them are set that way. Looks like I'll have a tune coming up for this car.
