well, Binghamton Flooded again...
Yep, binghamton got a lot of water and flooded again. Looking at some of the article from there, I happened upon this one which sums it up:

Work is going to be hell tomorrow..

OK, so you may not be able to read the dealer sticker due to photobucket taking my picture down to about 1/3 the original size, but anyone know of a dealership in Binghampton called LONG? Yup, that'* where my 99 came from... matter of fact, that'* where the last owner lived.
