I live a few minutes from where this dude is. He stands on the corner and dances to his music in a pretty bad neighborhood. No one ever bothers him, since he has a disease to where he cannot stand still, so this is what he does.

i believe that they biuld the cavalier and the sunfire in Lorane....

we have a guy in my work neighborhood who does the same thing.
sometimes can be entertaining, sometime a nuisance.

not there fault though. Life dealt them a bad hand.
