There'* a rite by which potential gang members drive with no headlights. When someone going the other way drives by and flashes his or her high beams, the person is then followed home and killed. As I was told a month ago or so, about 3 such cases have been found almost an hour North of me in Muncie, IN. Don't you think this is strange? Can anyone find a news report on it? If I'm ever in Muncie, I'll be glad I'll always have my cell phone and SSEi with me.

However, spreading rumors like this gives gang members ideas of things to try. A couple punks tried this last year in Salem (about 40 miles north of me) a couple years ago, and got nailed by a cop. They had paintball guns in the car thank god.

Well, so much for the friend of mine who lives in Muncie and attends Ball State University who told me that. But at least I'm asking you guys for sources, too, so that... um... makes me not a doofus for believing that. :P
