...lol... while it may be easier to LIVE with a gf... it'* definitely easier to get rid of a bad roommate. And cheaper usually.

Kerosene heaters need ventilation... get the detector to be safe.

Becuae they owe $1400? not saying it'* legal, just saying maybe that'* why he'* dragging his feet.

And yeah, on the subject of roomates, no way in hell I could live with other guys. I'd be wiping away finger prints and rehearsing my 911 call.

I thought that too, but I would at least think the lanlord would know its illegal and could get into trouble for it.

and if they arent burning right, they emit a soot. Customer of mine used one over a weekend to heat an office during a power outage. Took out both power supplies in his printer. Maybe it was conductive or the dirt caused them to overheat when he got power back? Not to mention 2 hours of him having to shop vac every place (I mean EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY) in his office.

As long as that garage that the heater is in is vented well enough (crack open a window) you'll be ok.

And i agree about the room mate thing too. my GF has one of those who doesn't think she needs to pay rent. just be glad that he hasn't don't anything to drag all of you down. At my girls place the day after its late they shut off the internet connection!
