RegalGS.org is about the only Buick forum really aimed at FWD, and they do have a few members with Parks. They'll treat you good.
Really, though, this is about the best 3800 forum you're gonna find, both for the knowledge of the cars, and for the maturity level of the members (Except for MOS)
