Wow! I am actually a Fedora Core person, and with as busy as I am nowadays haven't really kept up with the other flavors. I kept on saying to myself that once Linux gets a decent GUI (like Apple OS X), then Microsoft better watch out.
My favorite part of that video: seeing that extraordinary GUI on top of Linux, and then seeing the shell window pop up! Thing of beauty!
Just posted in another thread about how Linux doesn't support all of my Windows applications, but, with that fancy of a GUI, I might be willing to give up a few apps (or attempt to run WINE or QEMU)!

ok one question... i think i know the answer but still need to ask....
whill microcrap office work on this OS??? i need office to do my work in school.... i have to email alota papers... they said if we dont have office use the putering the student center... so i need that program or a way to make it a .doc format... get what i mean.....

Openoffice will work, however. But if you are going to be exchanging a lot with other M$ users, it may cause you more grief than it'* worth, things aren't always as compatible as they should be.

You Linux folk crack me up. I mean, I find Linux useful sometimes, but only sometimes.
