Default virus scaner?

does anyone know a good free one because my computer is almost dead . It takes it like 5 minutes to load the web page and just about the same time to do anything with it. So i want to try and clean it or sumthing so i can atleast use it till i get a new one.

You need somthing for spyware/maieware also one program wont do it. I run two on mine.

Also Ad-Aware 2007 is free from www.download.com to take care of adware/malware problem.....run these two programs I suggested at least every other day if you surf the net alot.
