After applying a cooking method similar to my local hoagie place, Hoagie Haven, best hoagies in the world, I have come up with a recipe for a delicious veal parmesean(sp?) sandwich. Things needed:
A standard oven
A toaster oven
1 breaded veal patty
1 bun or roll, sliced sandwich style of course.
parmesean cheese
spiced tomato sauce, I used pizza sauce
Cook the veal in the oven as per it'* directions. Now the magic part. While the veal is cooking, apply the tomato sauce to both inner surfaces of the bun. Generously apply the cheese over the sauce. Toast the the buns cheese side up in the toaster oven at about 2/3 heat. The buns will become nice and crispy and the cheese will melt over the sauce sealing it in. Once everything is done cooking, assemble the sandwich and enjoy. The trick is the cheese and sauce on both bun halves. Traditionally the cheese and sauce is only applied to the top. My way makes it extra cheesy, and with the cheese both above and below the veal, it is surrounded in cheesy delight.

Share your cooking secrets with everyone! Barbeque with beer, basting with beer, or just drinking or brewing beer in general. Nectar of the gods.
One thing I do love to make is Steak Salad with Fries! I think the french fry part is a Pittsburgh thing...
