Angry Ups shipping scam

I ordered Some parts i needed from Intense-Racing on Thurs. I needed them by Monday so i selected UPS 2nd Day Air ($27.44) I just checked my email and i see that the Scheduled Delivery date is Tues. WTF?

As if 5 days isn't bad enough for "2nd day Air" I asked the Customer Service Rep at UPS when i would have received my package if i selected - UPS Ground ($13.8?

She tells me...... TUESDAY!

I asked y i just paid $27.44 for the same exact service that cost $13.88 and she told me i need to take that up with Intense-Racing.

Moral of the story is...... DON'T USE 2nd day Air from UPS!

I have never had a problem with UPS Overnight/2day. You have to remember with them that weekends don't count. If the package indeed went out Thursday than it should have been to you Monday. Some rural area'* take an extra day. I would make sure it was put out by Intense on the day you were told verbally. The package will have the pickup time and date on it.

i agree.. weekends don't count. was my mistake thinking it would be here sooner. But the UPS cust rep told me that if i ordered the same thing the same day and selected "Ground" i would recieve it the same day as "2nd day air" my complaint is... What am i paying a higher price for?

It also depends on where they are shipping to. If it'* close it will be 2 days when you use normal ground. Like I said, go to the intense site and Email Todd Allen, he will take care of you. I have never had a problem with intense that they didn't fix right away and to my satisfaction.
