With that being said though, I can forsee the ex-wife getting word that he sold the dress for over 25 large and end up slapping a law suit on him. She'll claim that it wasn't his property to sell and she should receive the money. After the law suit, the only ones that are going to make out with some coin are going to be the attorneys.
