You should be able to check your download folder in "my documents" and the finished product will be there unless you chose to save them somewhere else.
But as for the u torrent program, once you have downloaded it 100%. You can right click on it and click remove. When you seed it, your letting another user upload it from your computer.

open U Torrent and go to Options / Preferences / Folders to see where the files are being placed.
You should be able to simply double click the file to play it. However if you can't see / hear the file correctly there is a chance you are missing the appropriate codec and your computer can't yet decode the file.
What types of files are you d/l ing? Movies / Music ?

DO your self a favor and DO NOT download .rar or .zip files most times they are trash..... and require you to sign up at various web sites to get the password BUT you really never get or rarely get the password.
DL from trusted sources and remember Seed at least 1to1 or more. Seeding keeps Torrents alive.
