Willwren.....? Did HP sell out to Microsoft?

I like the part where the supposed computer guy sees that..and leaves it there to burn the image into the little screen all night. 
Gotta call and suggest a reboot of the printer. Just like calling Tech Support at any company... :P

Unplug the thicker of the two cords in the back. Get your tongue very moist, and lick the end of it that plugged into the printer.
Just checking for proper power supply to the unit.
