If all that is true about v4s then how come strait 6s in jeeps are so week for how big they are. Other than the throttle body being only 1 1/2 inch wide not much else is power robbing on them.

Are we talking about the 4.0 I6 ?

I believe it was a lower compression, and a Pushrod engine as well... It was all about the Torque...

Look at GM'* 4200 I6... 260 Hp

jeeps dont need hp they need the low end torque. they just killed the l6 and are going to replace it with a v6 that has high range torque and **** for low end. it just anit right
