1 Why are we supposed to turn our clocks at 2am ?
2 What places in the United States do not follow daylight savings ?

i think i can tell you why.
they did it to conserve energy. you get up at 7 in the morning, its bright outside. w/o DST, you get up at 7 in the morning, its still dark, you turn on a bunch of lights and stuff.

i know there is at least one county in indiana that does not observe DST...
