Grilled Porterhouse in my magic super-secret marinade and some steak seasoning the owner of Texas Thunderbirds sent me. Custom-from-scratch Angel Hair Pasta with butter, garlic, and romano cheese. And finishing off with a steamed artichoke. All washed down with home-brewed beer.

The best thing for a steak is marinating in the right concoction for 6 hours before grilling it.

You have much to learn, Padwan. Even the simplest of marinades can give the most incredible subtle hint of amazing flavor and character when grilling.
