Well the deal is done! I went and looked at it last night and this thing is super clean! doesn't leak a drop of oil, everything works, and the only thing I found wrong is it has a small crack in the back of the center console where the aux radio sits for the rear passengers. I talked him down to 12k witch is more than I wanted to spend but this thing is worth the extra money. I gave a deposit and am waiting for the bank to call back. The dude wouldn't even let his kids eat in the thing!

$12k seems like a fair private party value, for the condition is sounds like it'* in and the mileage (under 100k which seems pretty rare). Congrats!
