I've always been a firm believer in a good breakfast. i know I can tell a difference when I don't eat in the morning.

It only makes sense, when you think about the fact that you haven't eaten anything since your last meal the night before. Protein are carbs are essential to so many functions other then muscle growth in the body. You'd also be quite surprised what a GOOD quality (not that garbage Centrum, and the likes) multi vitamin can do for you.
