I use turbotax

by what date are companies supposed to give you your 1099 ? (I was treated as self employed)

Pretty sure all tax forms have to be delivered by the end of January

I thought it was the first week in February?

While working for Turbotax we started to get ALLOT of those question.

So Turbotax found out. There is NO date in witch your 1099'* and W2'* have to get to you, If there late and you know they might be late, your going to have to file an Extension
