by what date are companies supposed to give you your 1099 ? (I was treated as self employed)

ITS A MYTH

While working for Turbotax we started to get ALLOT of those question.

So Turbotax found out. There is NO date in witch your 1099'* and W2'* have to get to you, If there late and you know they might be late, your going to have to file an Extension
