i could just use the big spotlight that came with the kit in my trunk and flash it backwards at them............... but thats illegal and i wouldnt do it

I usually flash the brakes, if that doesn't work I make sure they work by slamming them on, and by chance that doesn't work, if the shoulders gravel.....needless to say they back off when there are rocks bouncing off there car.

When I had my pick up I just turned one of K.C. light around...that usually worked well too..

At one time I had a bumper sticker made with a real small font that read "Nosey F***** aren't ya!" When they would get real close to see what it said I would brake check.
