alleged 20+ car pile-up
6 Semis, 15 to 16 passenger vehicles involved. 8 ambulances and 3 fire departments on scene. No specific reports right now, but they just came on the air with a preliminary report.
It'* in Elko MN, kinda halfway between where Lakeville and the 'Kato boys live. I hope none of them are in this kind of mess....
Central MN is a mess right now. There are advantages to not having a job today....

Well, no reporters on scene yet, but police reports have it up to 50 to 60 vehicles, 6 sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
One Trooper they talked to said close to 300 crashes already this morning. All this from just maybe 2 inches of snow. I'll still say Minnesota Drivers Licenses are water soluble...
The problem this morning id that we just finally hit 0* at 11 o'clock. Black ice everywhere

we had a 30 car pile up on thursday that closed the Canadas busyest highway (401)for 3 day!.
it was that bad becase one of the "cars" was a fully loaded tanker truck that exploded and burnt for hours
