in my state, the person in back is automatically at fault in a rear end colision so brake checking would be ok no matter how you did it...besides, you could always say a deer or a kid crossed the road...the only downfall is that people arn't required to have insurace here either, im still trying to get the money for the $3500 in damages to my 94 sse

The Volvo has rear foglights that look just like brakelights coming on.

I just flick the switch a few times and watch the suckers drop back.

One of the guys on the Olds board hooked up a line that comes out by his rear license plate that squirts out windshield washer fluid just for tailgaters. It'* in the pic near the bottom of this post:
