Default Sylvania Silverstars

94Regal and I just installed some 9007 Silverstars into my GTP, when I turen them on in the garage they are brighter and everything I basically wanted.

Except that they don't light up the road because they are pointing upwards above the road and onto the second floors of houses.

How do you adjust the bulbs or whatnot.

Thanks guys for your help,
Paul

that is not right. It is not the bulbs that need to get alinged it is the headlights them selves that are out of whack, or you didn't put the connector back in the housing properly.

Did you have to remove anything to chagne the bulbs??

I did them on my 2003 Malibu and I had to remove the headlights to change them ( car designed that way. And I also have them on my 1990 Bonneville SSE and had no problems with them either.

I can relate. That'* what happened when I installed my 9004 Silver Stars. I installed the bulb connectors upside down and I had a great view of the trees in the neighborhood. Ya put 'em in the right way and they should be perfect.

Yup. They are a dual filament bulb(I think) one filiment for high and one for low thus it'* cheaper to convert a GTP to SilverStars than a Bonneville...

When you say that the bulb connectors were upside down; was your fix just turning the whole thing around? or did you remove the bulb and switch it to the opposite position.

94regal will give you some detail in a sec.

If I am working in my garage is there a way to tell if their in right?
