Default Sunday Morning

I'm laying in bed awake, prepping to get up when I hear a sound. Noise actually... when you have pets occaisionally you hear something and have no idea what the sound could have come from.

I now know that sound. It'* the sound of money leaving my wallet.

$20 for a new blind.
$12 for cat nail clippers

I thought it better to buy clippers instead of using the needle nosed pliers. Rocky agreed.

I figure tonight he'll come back out from under the bed realizing punishment could have included a trip to the vet instead of me trimming the nails. Can't have them taken out because he'* an outdoor cat in the summer.

Why not just 5 bucks for a roll of duct tape? Patch the blinds and take care of the claw situation, all in one fell swoop...

I have 2 indoor cats and went through the same thing with miniblinds. My fiancee (the smarter one of us) suggested vertical blinds and now we don't have the problem of broken miniblinds. They are relatively inexpensive at Lowe'*
