Sorry to here that john...i really feel for you bro. Atleast you didn't get it as bad as me...Before my LeSabre i owned a MINT condition 1986 fleetwood C body. Man i must have had my caddilac emblem stolen about 3 times...it got so bad i was thinking about adding some sharp fishing hook type pieces to the emblem so when they try to pull on the emblem they would get stabbed in the hand. I also thought about hooking the battery up to the emblem somehow like a taser so as soon as they pulled on the emblem they would recieve a nice 12 volt jolt.

Yeah, well I know. I had my whole MINT '90 Electra PA Limited stolen from me, along with my premium sound system, security system and tools in the trunk. It was even armed, I have no idea how they got in AND took it with the starter disabled. Thats still a mystery to me. I live in a small town now tho, nearly no crime. I don't understand why these asses from the surrounding towns have to come here and screw stuff up.

Yeah, they just told me that if nothing was taken of great value then theres nothing they can do. And to file a report with nothing to go on would be pointless.

Keyed paint is expensive.

I'm with the other guys, still get the report. It can really payoff for you in the future if the idiots are caught and you sue them for the damages. Otherwise, it'* just your words against theres. Get a report!
