Well i had to fire someone at my napa store cause i caught him stealing now this means more hours then i already work and then i thought i had a bonus coming but now its not and i strained my back at work today so far happy b day to kenn oh well only things can get better right?

I know how you feel Kenn! I'm also a manager of a business and had to fire two employees for steeling food. (I work in a restaurant.) because of just those two we lost $300 a week in food cost and had to do away with employee meals. I hate how just a few people can ruin it for everyone. :(

Heck with this idea... drinking your troubles away is never the answer. The problem never goes away. There are better ways to deal with crappy situations or stress.
