Ok so I used my Credit card for gas on the way to ONBF then tried to use it at the hotel but nope got me thinking, I had just paid 500.00 on it and put another 200.00 on top of that I didn't buy 700.00 in gas WTF.

So finally yesterday I got 5 minutes to call them, Mr.*###### we are switching card platforms you should have received notification about this in May.... Look at the pile of mail on my desk Nope nothing ( I sort my mail y month received) New cards are a week behind and you should have it by Friday. Hmmmmmmm I said so what about my balance. That should be forwarded with in 4 to 6 weeks...

WTF

So I am waiting for a call from the supervisor and this will be my last mastercard.

I bought my whole business on Credit cards, great move for me. Its almost paid off and havent had any problems. I bought about $30000 worth of equipment, 15000 was on credit cards. Almost paid off, was paid off before the wedding haha. You just gotta know how to use them correctly and not irresponsible. They can be evil or they can help, I call it creative financing.

I have several credit card although it was Cathy'* choice. I only use it for emergencies and or to track expenses. We ALWAYS pay it off each month and it helps when we travel since we don't like to carry to much cash. I think if used properly a credit card is helpful, a good tool to get a good credit rating amoung other things. If you don't pay off the total balance every month then you shouldn't have one, get a line of credit. Way cheaper interest and they give you checks.

I use a credit card through the bank that I have my checking account. I'm not sure of the benefits but my parents thought it was best.

I use that to help build up my credit ratings. I put large purchases on it and pay it off every month, most recent was my 400 dollars tires.

I hope they don't change cards on me like they did to you.

In my case the line of credit (business loan) was more interest then my credit cards plus less hassel, and as I pay the credit card off the interest is on the balance not the whole loan itself.

I use 2 cards mainly. I don't pay them off but I do pay more than the minimum amount due each month. I have 2 others (the bigger limit ones) in the freezer in a block of ice. I don't like to carry cash and I will charge my gas, etc then pay that amount on Friday.

In that case, you go with the lower interest obviously. I'm surprise that the line of credit was higher. My line of credit is alway 1/4 % above prime which now would be around 6.25% per year as of this week, and the credit card rate is around 18.75% per year. Huge difference.

my credit card is 10.8% but the line of credit for a business loan would have been 11.5
