I was in the middle of making this post actually. Now I am on my own internet, kinda nice.
Here I thought i would lose half a day of wages, started work at 1pm, normally end at 6, had to stay till 9 so thats cool.
I am about 12 mins from work, and its mainly 45mph+ on the way there, my mileage is great here
Renovate? Not much I can do, unfortunetly, im only renting.
Parking? I park RIGHT out front, about 15 feet from the door, well lit, quiet spot. No Parking on my right side, and no one on my left.
Only issue. The wind...its goin about 75mph as we speak.

a place with a garage would have been over 1g a month, easily. I dont want to pay that much for rent.
