I can kind of sympathize with her since I too had a child at 16. Yeah, we knew the consiquences but as most 16 year olds we thought it won't happen to us, and well yeah it did. So all I have to say about this is things happen. And hopefully she won't turn out to be like her sister.

I understand mistakes can be made, and I'm sure you are a very responsible mother after being thrown into this situation.

In the case of Jamie Lynn, she should have been more careful, especially being in the public eye. She'* open season now.

On another note, I just read in the newspaper that Mommy Spears' book on parenting is being shelved for the moment. Do you think that maybe it would have to do with one daughter being a complete nut case and now the minor having a child?
I just have to say nothing that comes out of the LA/Hollywood area fazes me. If scientists said that the San Andreas fault was going to dump that area in the Pacific, I'd be out there with a pry bar helping it along.
