if text is not in your plan you can have your phone configured so it wont accpet them... and you wont get charged.

Alright, who'* the wiseguy in minnesota I just hung up on?

I got another text message that just said SPAM repeatedly. But this one had a number attached, so I called it just to see. Some guy said "hey". And since reception in my house sucks, I got disconnected... so I didn't really hang up on you.

Also, I know Sprint can disable text messaging on your phone if you dont have it. I have Sprint but I have text turned on since i use it once and awhile. Its only $0.15 a message and for how many I use its cheaper not to get a plan

That'* exactly what I had to do back in September. I was getting a lot of text spam. Finally just had it disabled by Verizon. I don't use text messaging anyway.
