Default something ive heard about beer
havent done this, but ive heard if you take a cup of beer and freeze it, only the water freezes so u just take out the big icecube and are left with a high proof shot of beer

But what DOES work is in the summer, in case you don't have refrigerated beer, make beer cubes. So when the cubes melt, they don't dilute the beer. I learned that in the phillipines.
